I am an Associate Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
I completed my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at University of California, Merced in May 2014.
I enjoy studying physical problems, and my current research investigates tissue health through diffuse reflectance measurements. My PhD advisor was Arnold D. Kim.
I am passionate about making mathematics more accessible to STEM majors. I also have diverse interests such as dance, theatre, rock climbing, baking, and generally enjoying the outdoors.
